Buyers are responsible to pay tax or customs fees when receiving foreign shipments. We have no control over any taxes charged by the respective country's customs department so please be aware of these potential additional charges before placing any orders.
Please note that some countries may require parcels to be opened for customs department inspection. Our store will not be held responsible for the handling by customs officials, and we are unable to provide compensation and/or replacements for any items lost, seized, or damaged during the inspection.
If by any chance that your parcel is being held by the customs department, please contact your country’s customs department to make the necessary arrangements to collect your parcel/make payment for taxes and custom fees. The procedure of claiming parcels from the customs department may differ from country to country, it is best to contact the department for more information on how to proceed.

HOW DO YOU PACK YOUR ITEMS?
All orders are packed with thick backing cardboard and bubble wrap to ensure the items are undamaged. We try to be environmental friendly and reuse boxes and bubbble wraps so the sizes (and sometimes design) will differ based on what we have at hand. All orders will come with free random stickers.
For standard international parcels, the package is wrapped with prepaid packets.
Express couriers are wrapped with courier bag + pockets for invoices and airway bill.
DO YOU HAVE INTERNATIONAL MAIL option FOR single items like stickers and postcards?
International mail services are currently unavailable. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Will you restock sold out stickers/POSTCARDS?
All stickers and A6 postcards are printed at limited quantities and will not be restocked.
I am moving, can I change my shipping address?
CAN I add-on more items to my current order?
CAN I combine shipping for multiple orders?
Yes, but please do so as soon as possible, before the item gets packed. Drop us a message here. Please note that there might be additional shipping fees based on the new location and weight.
I won’t be around to receive my order till a much later time, Will you be able to hold the order for me?

Can I return / refund / exchange a product?
We currently do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for all products.
