INTERNATIONAL EVENT PRE-ORDERS FAQ
Q: How do I place an order for event pre-orders?
A: You can place pre-orders at the official store. During checkout, you will have an additional option to collect at AFASG. Please note that a Singapore residential address is required for pick up. If you are from overseas, please put the address of the hotel. Once payment is completed you should receive an e-mail with your order number. If you did not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder.

Collection Dates : 29 November - 1 December, 6pm (GMT+8)
Q: What are my payment options?
A: Pre-Order Payment Options: Paypal and Stripe (credit card) in USD. International pre-order prices are listed in USD while prices on the actual event will be based on the event location’s currency.
Event Payment Options:
1. Cash (SGD only)
2. Paypal (via QR)
3. stripe (via QR)
4. Touch 'n Go eWallet
5. Visa payWave / Mastercard contactless
(for credit cards with payWave/contactless function enabled)*
*For contactless credit card payments, your payment will be charged in MYR and will be charged based on the current conversion rates. Terminal may be down during the event due to high crowd and weak data / internet, so please bring some cash just in case. Thank you for understanding.
Q: Can I DM to place an order?
A: No. All pre-orders should be placed in the official store. Orders via DM will be ignored or redirected to the store.
Q: Can I pay in cash but a different currency?
A: No.
Q: Can I place a pre-order but pay at the event?
A: No.
Q: May I know what items will be at the event, and what items are pre-order only?
A: Everything in-stock will be there, except the new artbook + prints (reflection) which may not be available at the event.
Pre-orders for the artbook / new prints will be shipped out in January 2025. If there are other items that is not available on time for self-collection due to logistic issues / printing issues / other delays, we will also be shipping out the items in January 2025. Due to luggage space, most items brought to the event are at a limited amount and it is recommended that you place a pre-order.
All RBF Cat merch will be pre-order only, as they will not be available at AFASG.
Q: How do I collect my order at event?
A: Please mention your order number or name placed in your order during collection. As a backup information you can also mention your contact number and e-mail used in the order. Pre-orders will come with some free gifts and paper bag (subject to availability and luggage space).

Q: What happens if I can’t make it to event at the last minute?
Q: I would like to change my order to self-collection at event / delivery instead.
A: Do let us know in advance (BEFORE 24 November) and we will not bring the items to event. However, additional charges will be required for shipping. Please note the shipping rates + fees will be calculated and will be paid via paypal or stripe.
If you cannot make it to the event, you can ask a friend to help with the collection, or you can choose delivery for your pre-orders. Free standard shipping till 31 December 2024. Estimated shipping dates for online pre-orders will be first week of January. Delivery service is unavailable to PO box (Post Office box) / APO (Army Post Office) / FPO (Fleet Post Office) / DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses.
Q: What happens if the event gets cancelled / postponed / if the artist can’t make it to the event at the last minute?
A: If the event is postponed or cancelled, we will arrange for pick-up to the next event dates available. If you would like to switch to shipping do leave us a message; additional charges will be required based on country and postcode. If the artist can’t make it to the event at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances, we will try to arrange for delivery using the shipping address listed in the order.
Q: I would like to cancel or change my order.
A: All sales are final and orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Q: What are the event-only gifts for pre-orders?
A: Event pre-orders will come with extra gifts and paper bag.
UPDATE: I just found out I only have 30+ paper bags left; so priority will go to AFA pre-orders, and the remainder 100+ will receive RBF Cat paperbags. Limited paper bags will be available at event due to luggage space. Thank you.
During the event, there will be a few activities at my booth:
Stamp Rally with some friends (more info soon! but guess who lol)
Purchase/pre-order BLOOD MOON or Barista Cat Tee and receive a special photocard. You can also wear the t-shirt at the event and receive the free photocard.
Purchase above 30 SGD in a single order at Booth 113 - RYNISYOU (or 20 USD for event pre-orders) and receive a special holographic thank you card, which can be collected and stamped at my booth. Each event will have a special stamp, so there will be new designs for future events :)
Alternatively, you may also purchase the card at the event at 10 SGD each.
