EVENT PRE-ORDER INFO
Q: How do I place an order for event pre-orders?
A: You can place pre-orders here. During checkout, you will have an additional option to collect at SIFV.19. Please note that a South Korea residential address is required for pick up. If you are from overseas, please put the address of the hotel. Once payment is completed you should receive an e-mail with your order number. If you did not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder.

Event Dates : 24 - 27 July, 6pm (KST)
Q: What are my payment options?
A: Pre-Order Payment Options: Paypal and Stripe (credit card) in USD. International pre-order prices are listed in USD while prices on the actual event will be based on the event location’s currency.
Event Payment Options:
1. Cash (KRW only)
2. Paypal (via QR)
3. stripe (via QR)
4. Contactless payment (VISA/Mastercard/AMEX)
*Please note that certain debit cards such as kakaopay and naverpay may not be able to work with this method.
**For contactless credit card payments, your payment will be charged in MYR and will be charged based on the current conversion rates.
Q: Can I pay in cash but a different currency? Can I place a pre-order but pay at the event?
A: No.
Q: May I know what items will be at the event, and what items are pre-order only?
A: Please check the labels on each items:
[ 선주문만 가능 ] - Items are pre-order only and will not be available at the event.
[ 선주문 ] - Items will be available at the event.
RBF Cat merch is pre-order only and will not available at the event.
Q: How do I collect my order at event?
A: Please mention your order number during collection. You can also mention your name used in the order. Pre-orders will come with free gifts and paper bag (subject to availability and luggage space).

*Please note: I just started learning Korean last year, so I’m not very good at it and will be using papago at the event.
However, I can speak in English or Japanese. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Q: I would like to switch to delivery for my order.
A: Do let us know in advance (before 15 July) and we will not bring the items to event. However, additional charges will be required for shipping. Please note the shipping rates + SST will be calculated and will be paid via paypal or stripe.
Delivery service is unavailable to PO box (Post Office box) / APO (Army Post Office) / FPO (Fleet Post Office) / DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses.
Q: What happens if the event gets cancelled / postponed / if the artist can’t make it to the event at the last minute?
A: If the event is postponed or cancelled, we will arrange for pick-up to the next event dates available. If you would like to switch to shipping do leave us a message; additional charges will be required based on country and postcode. If the artist can’t make it to the event at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances, we will try to arrange for delivery using the shipping address listed in the order.
Q: I would like to cancel or change my order.
A: All sales are final and orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

All pre-orders will receive a paperbag with extra gifts. Please note that due to lugagge space, limited paperbags will be available at the event.

You can also purchase at the event for 5000 won each.
