EVENT PRE-ORDER INFO

Q: How do I place an order for event pre-orders?
A: You can place pre-orders here. During checkout, you will have an additional option: Self-Collection: DoKomi 2026. A Germany residential address is required for pick up. If you are from overseas, please put the address of the hotel. Once payment is completed you should receive an e-mail with your order number. If you did not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder.

Kindly note that the booth is located at the Horror Area @ Hall 5; which is a R18+ section.
You will be required to present your ID before entering the area. We will not be able to move and change the collection location and timing.

Q: What are my payment options?
A: Pre-Order Payment Options:
Paypal in USD. International pre-order prices are listed in USD while prices on the actual event will be based on the event location’s currency.

Event Payment Options:
1. Cash (€ only)
2. Paypal (via QR checkout)
3. Wise (via QR)

*Please note that stripe payments are no longer available and therefore contactless credit card payments are also unavailable at the event. Thank you.

Q: Can I pay in cash but a different currency? Can I place a pre-order but pay at the event?
A: No.

Q: What items will be at the event and what items are pre-order only?
A: Older merch will not be available, as there is limited luggage space.
Please check the labels on the following items:

Q: How do I collect my order at event?
A: Please mention your order number during collection. You can also mention your name used in the order. All pre-orders will come with free gifts and paper bag (subject to availability and luggage space).

Q: I would like to switch to delivery for my order.
A: Do let us know in advance (before 15 May) and we will not bring the items to event. However, additional charges will be required for shipping. Please note the shipping rates + SST will be calculated and will be paid via paypal/wise.

Delivery service is unavailable to PO box (Post Office box) / APO (Army Post Office) / FPO (Fleet Post Office) / DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses.

Q: What happens if the event gets cancelled / postponed / if the artist can’t make it to the event at the last minute?
A: If the event is postponed or cancelled, we will arrange for pick-up to the next event dates available. If you would like to switch to shipping do leave us a message; additional charges will be required based on country and postcode. If the artist can’t make it to the event at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances, we will try to arrange for delivery using the shipping address listed in the order.

Q: I would like to cancel or change my order.
A: All sales are final and orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
